We granted certiorari to review the Court of Appeals' opinion in this case in order to determine whether or not Code Ann. § 56-2409 continues to apply to insurance policies covered by Code § 56-2430.1. See Sentry Indemnity Co. v. Sharif, 156 Ga.App. 828 (280 S.E.2d 354) (1980).1
