This case arose out of a dispute involving the sale of a farming operation and whether a real estate commission was to be paid a real estate broker by appellees as a result of the sale. Appellees, Freeland Nash (Nash) and Otto Clifton (Clifton) formed a corporation, appellee Eden Farms, Inc. (Eden Farms), and purchased a nine hundred acre farm in 1974.
