Margaret Keller (plaintiff) commenced an action in the Domestic Relations Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County against Stanley Witkowski (defendant) charging that defendant was the father of plaintiff's illegitimate child, Brian Keller. After trial, the jury found defendant to be the father of Brian Keller.
