There was an accident at a railroad crossing in Chambersburg. A car stopped on the track and was hit by a train. Among those to respond was Patrolman Chris L. Haldeman of the Chambersburg Police Department. Haldeman arrived after an ambulance and another cruiser had reached the scene. Haldeman came down a street at a high rate of speed, attempted to enter a store parking lot...
