GLAZE, Judge.

The appellant was charged with kidnapping and rape. At a trial by jury, the jury returned a verdict of guilty on the kidnap charge and remained deadlocked on the rape allegation. Since the appellant possessed prior felony convictions, punishment was imposed under Arkansas' habitual offender's law. Appellant was sentenced to twenty-five years in the Department of Correction.
