OPINION

PER CURIAM:

An indictment charged Manuel Fernandez with the felonious sale of cocaine, a controlled substance (NRS 453.321, 453.171). A pretrial petition for writ of habeas corpus was granted on the basis that there was not sufficient evidence before the grand jury to establish probable cause to believe that Fernandez committed the offense charged. We disagree.
