Appellant pleaded guilty to a three count information in which he was charged with possession of marijuana,1 possession with intent to deliver,2 and the manufacture of marijuana.3 All charges rose out of a raid of appellant's apartment, conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police. The state police recovered 112 pounds of marijuana, $28,578, in U.S. currency...
