The trial court in the instant case found that the State Construction Code Act of 1972, MCL 125.1501 et seq.; MSA 5.2949(1) et seq., applied to the defendant university and issued a final order enjoining defendants from refusing to comply with a previously issued stop-construction order until such time as defendants were to comply with the State Construction Code. This order was stayed for a period of 20 days so that defendants...
