The plaintiff, Virginia Diann Fancher, filed her complaint herein on December 14, 1979, in which she alleged that the Veterans Administration Medical Center, where she was formerly employed as a Nuclear Medical Service Technician, unlawfully discriminated against her by means of her pregnancy, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
