This is a medical malpractice case arising out of the death of a patient at the Danbury Hospital. The plaintiff, Mary S. Kiniry, executrix of the estate of Richard J. Kiniry, brought a wrongful death action alleging medical malpractice against three defendants, the Danbury Hospital, Homer L. Fegley, M.D., and Thomas M.
