The sole question on this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing plaintiffs' suit for want of prosecution. This case was originally filed by Ernest, Jane and Ora Gaebler against Ted Harris, Gordon T. West and the West Company, Inc., on March 6, 1959.
