PEDERSON, Justice.

Gerald Inglis sought compensation from the Workmen's Compensation Bureau for a back injury allegedly sustained while he was working for the Bechtel Power Corporation in Beulah. The Bureau denied his claim1 and the district court affirmed the Bureau's order. This appeal followed. We affirm.
