This is an appeal by the natural mother of a 3 1/2 year old infant from the grant of a change of custody to the natural father, the appellee. The petition was filed in the Superior Court of Forsyth County and was transferred by it "for investigation and report" on July 3 to the Juvenile Court judge of that county.
