The question before us is what remedy should be employed after a finding that a defendant was denied his right to counsel at the preliminary examination. We follow the lead of the United States Supreme Court in Coleman v Alabama, 399 U.S. 1; 90 S.Ct. 1999; 26 L Ed 2d 387 (1970).
