PER CURIAM.

On February 24, 1975, the Department of Treasury issued an assessment for sales taxes against Impact Promotions, Inc. (hereinafter Impact). The assessment was for $2,358.48 in taxes, $253.84 in penalties and $737.02 in interest. The entire tax at issue arose from the sale of certain goods to Robert Gwynn by Impact.
