Defendant comes before this Court on a delayed appeal and challenges a December 18, 1978, jury verdict convicting him of first-degree felony murder. MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548. On January 11, 1979, he was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment. We affirm defendant's conviction.
