This appeal arises from a dispute regarding an easement granted to the plaintiff for the purpose of transmitting electricity. In its action the plaintiff sought injunctions to prohibit all parking, loading and unloading within the easement area and to require the defendant to remove a portion of its building which encroaches into the easement area.
