This action was brought under Sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, seeking damages and injunctive relief for alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, and Section 2(a) of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13(a). The case is presently before the Court on defendant's motions to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim...
