The claimant, Roy Kidd, was awarded compensation by an arbitrator for temporary total incapacity for work and for the permanent and complete loss of 50% of the use of his left foot. The Industrial Commission affirmed the arbitrator's award and made special findings to the effect that the claimant was not entitled to be compensated for lost earnings...
