Plaintiff, Robert Jones, filed this suit against his employer, Adriel Alexander, to recover worker's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability resulting from injuries to his back. He also seeks medical expenses as well as penalties and attorney fees for alleged arbitrary refusal to pay benefits.
