The State of Florida has perfected this appeal from an order suppressing a quantity of marijuana, obtained by the police in the search of a residence pursuant to a search warrant. We reverse.

The motion to suppress filed by the appellees contended that the search warrant was defective for two reasons; one, because the affidavit upon which the warrant was issued was itself insufficient, and two, because the warrant was improperly executed. After...
