MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

NEESE, District Judge.

This is a diversity of citizenship products-liability action in which damages are sought for personal injury and loss of consortium. 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332(a)(1), (c), 1441(a). The defendant moved for a summary judgment, Rule 56(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, on the ground that the claims of the plaintiffs are barred by the applicable statute of limitation.
