This is an appeal from a decision of a Liability Referee for the Indiana Employment Security Board (Board), which appeal from his findings to this Court is authorized by Ind. Code 22-4-32-8 and 22-4-32-9. The Referee found Astral Industries, Inc., (Astral) had acquired substantially all the assets within the State of Indiana of Meyer Manufacturing Company (Meyer), and that it was a successor employer to Meyer within the meaning of the Indiana Employment...
