Plaintiff, Otto Rau, an 83-year-old gentleman, brings this action against his former physician, Dr. Tannenbaum, to recover for the alleged improper and illegal disclosure of information obtained by reason of the patient-physician relationship which then existed between them. Defendant treated plaintiff for a number of years for hypertension and other related diseases.
