Lloyd Davenport was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:27 and 30. After trial the jury returned a verdict of guilty of attempted manslaughter on both. The defendant was sentenced to serve seven and one-half years at hard labor for each offense, the sentences to run concurrently. He now appeals the convictions and sentences...
