Plaintiff was fired from his position as a warehouse worker with defendant Lucky Stores on the basis of alleged acts of misconduct. He filed a grievance under the collective bargaining agreement between defendant Lucky Stores and defendant Teamsters Local 490, a local unit of defendant International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The grievance was taken to arbitration, and plaintiff was represented in the arbitration proceedings...
