This cause is before us on the petition to transfer of Glen and Debbie Bunch, wherein the couple seeks review of the Court of Appeals' memorandum decision, Mullins v. Bunch, (1981) Ind. App., 418 N.E.2d 577. There, the Court of Appeals found reversible error in the trial court's refusal to give an instruction tendered by Willis Mullins and remanded the cause for a new trial.
