This 26-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated crime against nature (LRS 14:89.1(5)) and was sentenced to two years at hard labor to run concurrently on each count. Defendant appeals, contending that he should have been allowed to withdraw his guilty plea or at least to have had an evidentiary hearing on the motion to withdraw the plea.
