Appellant was convicted of burglary in the second degree and the court sentenced him to ten years imprisonment in the penitentiary. At arraignment, in the presence of counsel, he waived reading the indictment and pleaded not guilty. After sentence was imposed he gave notice of appeal and was furnished a free transcript. Counsel was appointed to represent him on appeal.
