This is an appeal from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant was serving time in a Texas prison when the Pima County Attorney made a request for temporary custody pursuant to Texas' "Interstate Agreement on Detainer Act", Vernon's Annotated Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 51.14, so that appellant could be tried for alleged felonies committed in Arizona.
