The Moline Police Pension Board (hereinafter Pension Board or Board) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Rock Island County in this administrative review action. The Board had ordered the termination of each plaintiff's disability pension, after hearing, and the circuit court reversed those orders and remanded the cases back to the Board.
