On February 22, 1977, petitioner pled guilty to criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and was sentenced by the Supreme Court, Queens County, to a term of two to four years. According to the State's affirmation, petitioner's sentence, "including parole and conditional discharge," terminated on June 20, 1981.
