MEMORANDUM OPINION

DALTON, District Judge.

Plaintiff presents to this court two pro se civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Because both actions arise out of the same factual situation, the cases shall be consolidated. Plaintiff has three claims. First, his Fifth Amendment rights were violated and he was denied a fair hearing because he was not given the Miranda warnings after he was arrested on a parole violator warrant.
