OPINION BY JUDGE PALLADINO, July 15, 1981:

Employer-Sheraton Hotel appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision to set aside a final receipt executed by Employee-Claimant. We remand.
