SCHWARTZ, Judge.

Sampson was found guilty of first degree felony murder, arising from the robbery and death of one Norval K. Reed, and, as a separate offense, of the robbery itself. We affirm the murder and reverse the robbery conviction.

The appellant's primary point on appeal, which is based on the admitted fact that he did not personally inflict the fatal wounds, is that the evidence is insufficient to establish his prior intent to participate in the robbery...
