Appellant was convicted at a non-jury trial of burglary,1 possessing instruments of crime,2 carrying firearms on a public street,3 and criminal trespass.4 Sheridan filed post-verdict motions which were denied. He was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment lasting one to ten years for burglary, a concurrent sentence of one to three years...
