Appellant, the plaintiff in a medical malpractice action, appeals from judgments of dismissal entered after the trial court sustained the demurrers of respondents — two public hospital districts — without leave to amend. The basis for the trial court's ruling was that appellant's complaint was barred by the one-year statute of limitations set forth in Code of Civil Procedure section 340.5...
