STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Theodore Weekley was charged with forgery1 and conspiracy to commit forgery.2 Trial by jury resulted in acquittal of forgery and conviction of conspiracy. Weekley appeals from his conviction on the conspiracy count. We affirm.
