On March 24, 1980, Racquet Times filed its voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On June 5, 1980, Fosco instituted an adversary proceeding against the trustee of Racquet Times, Robert Eazor a/k/a Bob Eazor, and Kenneth Andrew, seeking replevin of the furniture and equipment located at the Greensburg Club.
