This is an action for injunctive and monetary relief based on plaintiff's claim that defendants, plaintiff's former employees, breached their fiduciary obligations while employed by plaintiff and after starting their own business. Defendants counterclaimed for commissions which plaintiff allegedly owes them. Plaintiff was granted a preliminary injunction on June 11, 1980, prohibiting defendants...
