This action was brought to determine liability on an open account for the delivery of dairy products to the Eastfield Thriftway Market, located in Traverse City. A judgment in the plaintiff's favor was entered in the Macomb County Circuit Court on August 15, 1979. The judgment determined that plaintiff was entitled to recover the amount of $13,985.14.
