The Court has before it plaintiffs' motion for an attorney's fee award and defendant's opposition thereto. Plaintiffs' attorney seeks a fee award for the period from March 29, 1976, through September 20, 1978, pursuant to §§ 706(k) and 717(d) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-5(k) and 2000e-16(d).
