Defendants appeal from an order entered after a hearing which transferred them from the juvenile to the adult division of the Department of Corrections pursuant to section 3-10-7(a) and 5-8-6(c) of the Unified Code of Corrections (the Code) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 38, pars. 1003-10-7(a), 1005-8-6(c)). Both defendants contend that those statutory provisions are unconstitutionally...
