Frank Palacio Orozco appeals his conviction pursuant to jury verdict of burglary in the first degree (Pen. Code, § 459), robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and grand theft (Pen. Code, § 487, subd. 3). He was sentenced to prison for a period of five years.
