This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from an Order denying its Petition for Destruction. At issue are two slot machines confiscated from the appellee's premises.

Appellee was arrested and charged with Corruption of Minors,1 Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse,2 Delivery of a Controlled Substance,3 and Furnishing Liquor to a Minor.
