OPINION

EUBANK, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of receiving stolen goods (A.R.S. § 13-621; now § 13-1802) following a trial by jury. The trial court suspended imposition of sentence, placed him on probation for a period of five years, and ordered him to make restitution to the victim in the sum of $4,000 during that period of time. The judgment and sentence were affirmed by this Court on appeal in State v. Key,
