GARDNER, P.J., April 1, 1981.
A jury trial in the above-captioned matter resulted in a verdict for defendant, and this matter arises on plaintiff's motion for a new trial. The original motion averred that the verdict was against the evidence and its weight, against the law and the charge of the court. It was also alleged that we erred in striking the rebuttal testimony of witness Linda Millard.
Additional reasons subsequently filed alleged several errors...
