DENNIS, Justice.*

Defendant, John J. Storms, III, was convicted by a jury of two offenses: aggravated rape, La.R.S. 14:42, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence; and aggravated crime against nature, La.R.S. 14:89.1, for which he was sentenced concurrently to fifteen years at hard labor.
