William Andrew Shaffer appeals from a jury conviction of attempted aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3301, 21-3427) and felony murder (K.S.A. 21-3401).

William Shaffer, David Payton and Butch Ellifrits got together after work on June 20, 1979. They drank a few beers at Payton's place and examined a handgun Payton had. The three discussed the possibility of robbing somebody and then they left in Payton...
