The defendant is charged with unlawful possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance (heroin), U.S.C. § 841(a), and unlawful possession of a narcotic drug, 33 D.C.Code, § 402. The case is now before the Court on her motion to suppress the evidence on the grounds that the search was incident to an arrest made without probable cause. An evidentiary hearing was held on January 8, 1981...
